Follow the A4130 from Henley to Wallingford. Approximately 1/2 mile outside Henley turn right onto the B480 to Stonor and Assendon. In Middle Assendon, just before the Rainbow pub turn right towards Fawley Bottom. Turn almost immediately right into Mill Close. James' house is No 8 on the lefthand side.
